June 2nd Notes:

The following topics were discussed during the meeting:

• Jerseys
• Rosters

The following Roster changes were made:

• Tri State #1 - Dave Libby (added)
•  Ringgold - Brian Wilson (deleted); Scott Livinggood (added)
• Smithsburg - Jason Reeder (deleted); Jake Pryor and Dylan Lewis (added)
• Bethel - Brad Turner (added)
• Crossroads - Joe Witmer (added)
• Otterbein Hag. - Joey Kronawetter (added)
• Saints  - Caden and Brian Breese (added) via email
• Nazarene - had some changes via email (can't recall names).
   

Feb 25th Notes:

• Pizzas orders due by April 15^th.
• Pizzas will be delivered on April 29th, 5:30 at fairgrounds (see pizza info)
• Entry fees are $500.00 per team, plus $13.00 per game for umpire fees. 
• We would like to collect all entry fees by April 1 so that the League will have enough money to pay for balls, and ASA sanctioning.
